[(And this idyll between Me and you will persist)] until the sun is bared and the shadows are fled [(viz. 2:17) i.e., until the desecration of the sanctuary of Shiloh in the days of Chofni and Pinchas (viz. I Samuel 1), when] I will leave [this sanctuary and go] to the mount of myrrh [(Mount Moriah)] and to the hill of frankincense [(the Temple)].
